Long Term Data Entry, Virtual Assistant, Web Scraping (Training Provided)

We are looking to hire a long (3-7 Years +) term freelancer that is avalible 30-40 hours per week. Following skills we are looking for: 1. You will be provided an excel list of companies (Example: Restaurants in our area) -You will look at each restaurant or business on google maps. You will use a tool provided on google maps to measure the size of the building from the top view. -You will create a cleaning quote in excel template. Using the information you gathered from googe maps. You will add the Address, Phone Number and price as well as copy a picture of the restaurant from google maps and paste it on the quote. We will provide you a price chart based on the size of the restaurant. (we will train you for this) We will need about 300-600 / month of those quotes done. -You will also input the same information to Vtiger CRM. You will add the quote to each lead and upload the excel file. 2. You will be given access threw remode desktop to some windows servers. We are using those to do some web scraping of google maps. We are using windows based software. -You will open the program and paste the search location and a list of catagories to search and you will save the file for each city. there are thausands of cities in US alone. We will create a file for each one. -You will press sthe start button for the web scraping to begin. and when its done you will save the file on the server. -The software is very easy to use. We will teach you how its done. Its just very time consuming as we will be scraping as musch as 250 cities at a time. Each one needs to be started and saved at the end. 3. You will answer calls for us during the day. 4. You will contact prospects that applied for a cleaning job and you will schedule them in for an interview appointment and give them the address to your office. ________________________________________________________________________ Optional Skills" (Those skills are not required to apply but if oyu have those skills than we can offer you more hours.) 1. Cold calling (Setting Appointments for Cleaning Company) You would be using our Autodialer (GoAutodial) - You would be calling local businesses in Vancouver, BC, Canada from 9:00am - 5:00pm offering them a free cleaning quote. 2. If you have website development skills working with wordpress or ecommerce than we can get you to also develope a website for us and maintain it. We are looking for someone to work with us for several years. My last assistant worked for me for 14 years. Please let us know which of those projects will you be able to work on if we hire you. We are hoping to find someone that can work on all projects but if we have to than we can hire a nother freelancer to do the rest of the items that you are unable to do. The more skills you have the more hours we can offer. Since this is a position that wil offer over 10'000 hours and we can train the indivitual. Lower bids will be looked at as firt priority. We are hoping to find someone at $2.00 / Hour but will pay more for high skill indivitual.
