make radiology practice collection more efficient

hello, I currently over see and help manage a medical radiology practice. Part of ongoing struggle is keeping up to par with INHOUSE- billing and followup on denials of bills. With shifting staff schedule and changing personnel it becomes difficult at times to stay focused on one certain aspect of collections. in this field there is always a certain time limit to respond to insurance inquiries and must be done effectively or it results in a denial of claim. I am looking for help or advice from an Experiences person in this Particular Field that Understands the Billing and Collection Process of a No-Fault Practice to make workflow of my practice more efficient rather then depending on ONE or TWO particular individual who Bills. An EMR Software or system flow thats easy to understand for any new hire and Business can become more transparent and Efficient.
