Virtual Assistant for Ecommerce Website

Hi, I am looking for a Virtual Assistant who could take care of all the manual work we are doing. The tasks that VA needs to do are: 1. Handling Whatsapp Chat, FB Messenger Chat 2. Order processing (checking if all inputs needed to process the order are intact, if not get details from the customer, keep all details in prescribed format and email) 3. Add posts, status, on our FB Page, Messenger, Whatsapp, Intragram, Twitter etc 4. Followup with Customer who enquired, shown interest in product We are looking for 2 candidates to work on this on the following time: 9am to 4pm and other from 4pm to 11pm IST. So it would be 6 hours of work (one hour break in between), Monday to Saturday. Get paid extra for working on Sundays. Preferred Indian candidates who can understand and talk Hindi. Additional Indian language proficiency is added advantage We are looking for long term contract with the right candidate. You could be hired for a permanent position inside the company based on your performance. You would be paid Fixed Payment for the work you do. Additionally for every sale generated due to your initiatives and followups would be paid extra.
