I would like to hire an Apple iBooks Author Expert

I need to create a collection of recipes for private use, not for publication. It needs to be produced in ebook format that can be exported to PDF with functioning links. I have generated a template for it in the mac program called ibook author. I have already created the page layout and design I am looking for so I do not need design services. The candidate will need to have iBooks author on their computer and be able to follow my instructions for content creation. To create content I will provide the recipes (and links to recipes) as well as detailed instructions on finding appropriate images and access to the correct applications for finding and posting the nutrition details. Within-book bookmarking and table of content and index links must be tested and must function properly in the final PDF.
