I would like to hire a Designer

I am starting a teenage clothing brand named Starflower Clothing. I already have a vision for look/feel/vibe I want: A trendy, simple, fashion-foward style with fashionable and unique pieces that you won't find at your local strip mall. I have sketches and picture references for my pieces and would like about 20 pieces made. I have a manufacturing company in China to make the pieces but I need someone to take my ideas and make them into sewing patterns to be used to make samples/manufactured pieces. You will need to look at my designs and make a pattern that expresses it.
