Fix Jenkins - Need a DevOps (with Docker)

We are using Docker to create containers to run those repos. Right now, the platform's running, but it nevers update, which means that each time we are updating the repository, the platform's build doesn't display the last version of it. We think that we need to replace the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery from Jenkins project to Dockerize Jenkins Pipeline.
