Require a professional VB.Net application with an interface look and feel similar to the main MS Outlook GUI without additional 3rd party paid for add-ins. [login to view URL] 1. Menu Bar - Controls 2. Navigation Pane - This will be a user defined and configurable watched folders tree view, i.e. Right-Click... Select local or networked folders to add/remove. Drag and drop functionality to drag folders into pane. Check boxes to identify which folders are watched and which are not. Instead of emails, application crawls watched folders, interrogating files, searching for data. Results are exported to an SQL database. 3. Mail Navigation Pane - Results of the file interrogation can be displayed here - data pulled from SQL database. 4. Reading Pane - Preview of file / document with relevant data / words highlighted. 5. To Do Bar - Overview / Progress / Status. How many files searched, how many remaining etc. Hopefully this is enough info for someone to provide a quote.
