Kindle Formatting of Apple Pages document.

I have a 207 page book with 185 images that are laid out in a specific way inside the book. I need someone with good ATTENTION TO DETAIL to format the book as a KINDLE BOOK ready to upload for KDP with all the images properly inserted so that they display PERFECTLY when a person is reading the book on Kindle. This is not a quick pump and dump job, it requires you to CAREFULLY LAY OUT the document for kindle so that it looks PERFECT when I read it on a kindle device. I want ALL LINKS in the book to be ACTIVE CLICKABLE LINKS I have uploaded the LOW RES PDF version of the book for you to review exactly what this project entails. I want the book to be a PERFECT kindle book.
