Design a video camera unit

Hi, I am looking to design an initial prototype of a weather proof video camera that will be mounted on an exterior wall of residential properties for security and appeal to retail consumers. Design needs to be ultra modern and have a premium feel to it (examples: Nest, Bose, B&W) The unit needs to accommodate some additional hardware beyond the camera itself (exact specifications are TBD). The design needs to be finalized and a physical prototype delivered by October. Production and delivery of the physical prototype excluded from the pricing however guidance and assistance with the prototype is needed.
