Record my voicemail switchboard (2 files)

I need two files recorded for my voicemail switchboard for my medical clinic - one for when the clinic is open, another for when the clinic is closed. They are short. I need this to be done by a native speaking American English speaker. Male or female is fine. I need them saved in the highest possible quality but maintaining the smallest size possible. E.g. a high quality mp3, perhaps, but not a .wav file that is 2 gb in size. We have to be able to upload it to our software.
