We're a new-ish event production company based in S. Florida that is used to mostly dealing with equipment rentals and specific event roles & needs the help of an experienced event producer/manager in order to tackle setting up our internal business processes for dealing with larger event project management, crews, scheduling, even a bit of sales.
First hour will involve outlining what our business currently does & where we're likely heading, what we use to manage our current projects and laying out the issues our current set up is causing us - hopefully from there we can get some solid advice on how to address those problems so we can more efficiently manage projects. We're not looking for spreadsheet templates, but holistic solutions for the event production industry.
