Charity Poker tournament reservations list ( Excel - google sheets )

We host Charity Poker events in the Chicago Area and want to sort our seat reservations list by estimated time of arrival / if a guest texts us and says he will be there at 6:00pm and the next caller says he will be there at 3:15pm We want to be able to insert the arrival time in a box and have the list sorted in arrival time order. create the list in Excel and convert it to google sheets that we use on our drive / we have five separate lists that would all use the same arrival time formula NLH $1-2 $2-5 $5-10 PLO and Big O
