I am looking for a full-time virtual assistant who will be my supportin professional and daily life. I am willing to spend 200 - 350$ /month for these services (based on qualifications and quality of work). Requirements: - Fluent in English (full working proficiency) - Very good writing skills and English grammar - To be a perfectionist and very attentive to details - Be a problem solver and able to make decisions - Self-management and ability to work independently - High energy level and dedication - High computer literacy - Always be at reach You will work full-time (Central European Time) and even more, as you will have to complete some tasks during the evenings or weekends when there are urgencies or deadlines. Your duties: I have two companies and you will help me with admin work for both and some personal tasks: 1. A cleaning company: - Respond to customer’s e-mails, send offers, - Schedule cleanings in the calendar - Write contracts (complete templates) - Calculate employees’ working hours - Calculate clients’ cleaning hours - Update database - Maintain social media pages - Register payments in and out from the bank 2. A website selling special offers: - Database maintenance - Create reports - Complete contracts - Upload information to the website - Respond to customers’ e-mails - Register payments in and out from the bank - Maintain social media pages - Other admin help 3. Personal tasks: - Keep track of my relative’s birthdays - Research and others. I will teach you how to perform all the things I need, buy you must have a good computer and very good quality of internet. It will be a full-time job and can’t be combined with studies or with another job. Write why you would make the best virtual assistant for me! Looking forward to your applications.
