Quality Take Offs for Residential Projects

Looking for a civil engineer, designer, or architect who's able to input drawings which i will supply and do a quality take off on all the materials required to build the property Eg tiling per sqm or could be landscape per sqm or Bricks in QTY. Could also be flooring, carpert, painting, doors qty. Need entire residential home broken down into an excel format sheet. Once you work out the take offs then ill be able to add the price that constractors charge for me to get a project estimate. Let me know if you can help, wanting to hire the right person or company.
