Automatic import of ad feed to facebook and adwords

Seeking a person with good knowledge in adwords and facebook. for the following tasks - Help my engeneer to set up and insert pixel from tagmanager for analytics, adwords and facebook. A conversion is when a new meetup post has been posted. We are creating a meetup app. And for to get more people to meetup we want to create ads for the meetup in adwords and facebook. So each day the system will create a xls/csv file with all the new listed meetups. Some colume in xls will be standard(same text) and some will be dynamick. Together we will find out what you need of standard text. Each day it shold best is if automactely we can send the file xls to ad manager in facebook that will create automactely ads baced on the information in the feed. And same way to adwords, it will create autmactely ads baced on information from the xls file. - Each day a new xls will be created and the new ads will show up. In xls the green line will be heading/columns. These can change alik that they come in the order you need so that they can be imported automatically to the ad manager Please see some sample [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 3 milestones. 20-40-40% each 1. 20% when tag and picels is tracking and convert a posting. 2. 40% when feed can be tested an import to ad manager face/adwords 3. 40% when it work automactely from program. My engeneer will create an fix url for feed. You just need to make sure it work right. We will create a skypegroupe where you can communicate with my engeneer so he can set up the colums in feed the way you want, give hm instructios to insert picels etc etc
