Build a Private SMM Panel

Client wants to build a private SMM panel for use on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Need ability to get likes on here posts and put custom comments on her posts. This panel will NOT be used for spam or for resale to others. It is only mean to be used privately to promote one social media account. The SMM panel needs to have 500-2000 social media profiles loaded into it so that these profiles can like and comment on the chosen posts the client wants. She will put URL of a post she makes and then will choose how many likes she wants on that post and the system should do it. She will choose how many comments she wants and then enter the custom comments she writes and then the system should post them to her URL.
