Adobe Media Server secure on-the-fly streaming

(This project mainly requires ActionScript skill and knowledge about Adobe Media Server.) - Our website allows members to push live stream on our Adobe Media Server. - We stream via rtmp protocole and play it with jwplayer. - A member can create a stream anytime via our webpage, this will generate him the stream infos like "FMS URL=rtmp://[login to view URL]" and "stream name=username", the member can then paste these info into his Media Live Encoder to push his stream on our servers. What I need from you: - You will write the according ActionScript in [login to view URL] (onConnect method) so that it can probe a php file (i will code it, you juste need to send the vars to my script with POST or GET) which will check in our database if "username" + "securetoken" are valid, and allow the push stream if "true". This is actually a measure to prevent other members to "hijack" this member's stream/channel. - keyword here are "security", "security", and "security". Code me something strong and reliable. I'm sure this can fit within 200 lines of AS code max, budget is around $250 so that's a great deal if you know ActionScript and a bit of Adobe Media Server!
