Flash Application Developer

I am looking for a developer who can create a Flash application for me for one of my websites. The application will need to have the following functionalities: 1) registration system that ties into SQL database 2) Ability to upload names (from 10-500) that will be used in the application - should be able to take those names from an excel spreadsheet. 3) The tool will be a seating chart application - will allow the user to spec out the dimensions of the room, the number (and style/size) of tables, as well as any strange shapes or barricades in the room. The names that were uploaded will then be able to be "seated" at the tables. 4) the application should be able to be saved - so the user can login later to come back to it. It should also be able to be printed out. I can provide further details to the developer who is awarded this project.
