Ghostwriter Needed to Edit and complete self help non-fiction book (US,Canada based providers preferred)

Looking for a US, or Canada based provider to help edit, and complete a non-fiction self help book. Probably half of the work is already done, but needs to be edited or re-witten by a professional to make it publishable. If you've not written and published self help or Business books then this probably isn't a project for you. Provider must be extremely strong, have written many books (on the shelves) and have excellent writing and communication skills. Since this will be a collaborative effort, you'll need set aside a set schedule for us to discuss the project in detail (i.e over the phone). Example 5-10 hours/week at the beginning with flexibility to add more or less as needed. I'll tell the story, and you use your creative skills to do the writing-adding your creativity and flair. US or Canada based providers are preferred because of timezones. I'm not ruling out other countries, but if you can't dedicate at least 5-10 hours a week for the next month then this isn't for you!
