Google Sheets Script

Create a script that will open a form in google sheet that will allow someone to add data to the sheet. The script will need to allow a user to find information in a row by searching all the sheets in the google sheet. The script will also need to allow someone to change the data after the search The script will allow someone to add new data to the sheets, The values added will be on the next empty row based on if column A is empty. and column I data will determine what sheet to add it to. Here is the list of columns and the formatting needed. Column cell Number, Name, & format A. Hostname (Text Field) B. IP Address (number field, format ***.***.***) remove starting 0s, is if entered 192.168.001.001= [login to view URL] C. IP Address II (number field, format ***.***.***) remove starting 0s, is if entered 192.168.001.001= [login to view URL] D. Service Tag/Serial # (Text Field) E. Dock Service Tag (Text Field) F. Dock MAC Address (Text field, format **:**:**:**:**:**) G. MAC Address (Text field, format **:**:**:**:**:**) H. Location (Drop Down list) I. Dept (Drop Down List, this list will choose the sheet as well as add as data in the cell) J. Domain Operating System Drop Down List K. User Name (Text Field) L. Model Drop (Down List) M. Monitor Model (Text Field) N. Monitor Service Tag (Text Field) O. Bitlocker PIN (number Field) P. Notes (Text Field) The dropdown fields can be collected on a seperate sheet. I also need a place to be able to change the google sheets path, and change /add sheets names, and add/ change dropdown items.
