ADMIN PAYROLL

Headquartered in Tarrytown, NY with multiple locations nationwide, IMA currently provides services to various corporations, insurers and municipalities including various federal, state and local agencies, as well as insurance companies, private attorneys and employers. We offer excellent health benefits, 401(k), paid holidays and paid time off. We are seeking a full-time Payroll Specialist to join our staff. We need a team player who is excellent at multi-tasking. Qualified candidates with at least 3-4 years of Paychex payroll experience and PA local/state tax filing preferred. High School degree required, Associates/ Bachelor's Degree preferred, will be required to: •Printing of check and mailing it to our employees •Input New Hire information •Complete and post payroll •File monthly & quarterly PA taxes •Reconcile payroll •Interact with insurance providers and employees •Maintain employee files
