Build a custom leaflet map for a Drupal multilangual website

We are building a multilangual Drupal website to collect and analyse data from election results in the upcoming national elections in Myanmar for a non for profit organisation. Part of the proect involves building a leaflet map to visualize the outcome of the elections in all townships in the country. There are 340 townships. We are looking for an experienced developer familiar with Drupal API and Leaflet API to build the map and integrate it in the wbsite. Specific issues to consider when applying for the job: - The site will be multilingual English / Burmese. - There is currently no up to date geo-data of the Burmese townships. - The map will have to be mobile friendly and feature the ability to filter results based on the user selection.
