Build a Landing Page for my Facebook Group

I need someone to design, build and successfully attach an alternative to my Facebook Group ([login to view URL]). Access to this group is dependant upon a subscription payment and I want people to see this page first when they get to my group, click through to the payment on our website (or payment option on the landing page) and then it automatically requests access to the group once payment is confirmed. Currently people can request access to the group without payment and this is not what I want. I want people to see that payment is required when they FIRST see the group. At the moment I have to tell people who request access to go to the payment page and it is not a great choice. I have payment page setup on my website already (see: [login to view URL]) so happy to use that or if successful applicant has an alternative and easier method please let me know. In your bid please tell me everything you would do and how you would streamline it to be the same as my brand (see the website). Experience is definitely preferred.
