Build a Registration Form

Hi dear, I need to Build a Registration Form which is will be used to apply to a College so the end-user interface will fill his information ( I will give you fields required and there's a condition on each field if true can continue if false can't ) then he can upload images ( ID and other things ) then the system will save it as a PDF file and print it from user printer ( print will be to the form and there's an option to print attachments or not ) I want another page protected this will be to the admin so he can view all applied request and can export it as Excel file and view any request form it's very important to be clear so I can modify and edit the language and words that used because it will be in Arabic
