i did not understand the dragging part - what do you mean by that? Kindly clarify - Wordpress is fine, we could use Woocommerce and buy a premium plugin if you are referring to packaging the donut into a gift box or something like that?

Your idea is very creative but do you really need this feature to add sales? I don't think so. If you check the google results for 'donut shop', most of the sites provide straight forward checkout that user is familiar and find it easy to avoid friction. As far as website goes I will do mobile friendly design that is easy to manage with admin panel and you can manage entire store.
