Build A Website using charts, rating, comments on Crypto

Coming from C++, Java software programming, I am interested by learning programming on website framework through a sample and decided for this to build a website project giving me more oversight on bitcoin crypto, in same time. I want to hire a freelancer on this project split in several [login to view URL] the first step I would like to get a rendering page as per enclosed screenshot. There need to be a frontend and a backend processing 3rd parties APIs data to populate the website client. I planned to choose Laravel framework thinking October CMS or Drupal will not help to reach the target. If you propose something else, please explain why your choosen technology fits and is better in term of sustainability, maintainability, future development ease, code understanding/transfer to other programmers.
