Build a Wordpress Site

I have a domain in the online casino niche, and I am looking for someone to build a simple website for me. I need the homepage creating, plus templates for casino reviews and online casino game reviews (like slots and video poker). I would work with you to create the templates, to ensure that absolutely everything is included. I like the design of [login to view URL], so if you could create something using that as inspiration, that would be great. I also need the site to be simple for me to use, so I can create new reviews easily using the template you provide. If you are able to create these first three pages, I will have lots more work in the future, as I hope to expand the site aggressively. I would prefer to work with someone who can speak English fluently, although I will of course consider proposals from everyone. I have set this as a set price job, however I am open to working per hour if you prefer. Also, I had to specify a budget - please ignore this and bid the amount you feel is right.
