Create a basic home cleaning business website PROPERLY

I need someone to urgently step in and design a cleaning website for us. I made the mistake of hiring someone on here who promised everything but delivered the worst work I have ever seen. Their name is itsoftroyal and I suggest anyone reading this to stay away from them. They immediately put in requests for the release of all milestones before even starting the work and please look at the work they did at [login to view URL] . As you will see, I don't need to say much more lol . This job was meant to be for a person to create a cleaning business website consisting of four pages graphically designed. We supply the text, some images and a bit of guidance as to preferred colours but you are meant to do the rest including designing the background, the heading and all page layout work. You may use an existing joomla template and reshape recolour and change the heading or make one from scratch. Either way if it is presentable we will be satisfied. The site MUST also pass the google mobile compatibility test 100% which will be checked at the end of the job. If you KNOW you are capable of doing this then please quote me accordingly. It is a four page website using joomla which you will design and add our text to. I hope this is very clear as I have already had one other scammer try to pretend they thought the job was only for a splash page. If you really think you are good at this job and think you can manage a whole four page joomla website then go ahead and quote but if you are just a time waster thinking of locking up milestones whilst doing nothing then keep walking.
