Create Sales Brochure Template

Attached here is a Sales Brochure Template Specifications document which details what we want to accomplish. Additionally, I have uploaded 2 current in-house developed sales brochures for your reference. We need a facelift. We need this template to be in a software that we can obtain and relatively easily modify the template for our clients. Communicate via email only. Sales Brochure Template Specifications 1. Header – contains offering company logo after Cover Page 2. Footer – contains Oneway Management logo and copy 3. Cover page - store front photo, company logo, catch phrase 4. Overview – Heading “Overview”, bullet list or paragraph. Photo container 5. Location – Heading, area map, table for demographics, bullet list copy 6. Financial Overview – Heading, bullet copy, paragraph copy, table 2 column, multiple rows 7. Business Performance – Heading, bullet copy, paragraph copy, table 4 column, multiple rows 8. Operations – Heading, photo of floor plan, container for operating hours 9. Lease Information – Heading, text container 10. Inquiries – Heading, copy, container for photo, Two examples: 1 MS Word, 1 PDF Currently, we only deal with Massage Envy, European Wax Center, Amazing Lash, Orange Theory Fitness. Please check out their websites as we can incorporate some logos and photos. The template needs to be adjustable. The finished sales brochure will be rendered into a PDF ror distribution and/or posting. There will be continuing projects as we plan to continuously improve our offering and content categories.
