Design 4 artwork files

Hi there, I have created basic designs for 4 different files, i need a designer to now edit and add their design skill to make the forms look much nicer and aligned with our brand and colours. Forms #2, #3 & #4 you will need to be set up and design to allow people to fill in a PDF format of the form. Design1: Meeting propsal: This form just needs a better looking design and updated with our new logo. We want the same colour palet but fonts and design updated. Design2: Quote propsal: This form needs all spaces available next to the question texts to be an area for me to fill out in a PDF format. This form also needs a better looking design, you can edit the layout slightly. Design4: delivery form: This form needs all spaces available next to the question texts to be an area for me to fill out in a PDF format.
