Design a product catalogue

I am looking for a product catalogue design for our business. We manufacture inspection camera systems and service locators. This product catalogue should showcase around 10-15 products at most, with the main product taking a page each. This catalogue will need to have the following attributes: 1. It must be easy to add new products as they are released (in other words, I will need the original files from illustrator, indesign or whatever program is being used) as well as a printable PDF. 2. It must look professional, and enticing with a very good modern design. I will send images, logos, and descriptions to the chosen designer once someone is selected. Please make sure that you give me access to previous examples of your work also, as I will only choose someone based on the ability to deliver the project, and the only way I can see that is examples of previous work. I know what I should be paying for something like this, so please DO NOT bid unless you are 100% capable of delivering, and make sure that you read the brief properly and don't send me those "I have gone through your requirements" and "I am an expert" replies. The final choice is going to made on ability, past results and very good English writing skills.
