Digital illustrator to draw a raft artwork for a tshirt design

Vector based digital illustration in .illustrator (.ai) to be delivered as an open artwork file (obj.) Drawing will consist of 3 separate rafts with a shallow water backdrop to be merged into one layer The application will be as a graphic artwork for a tshirt Drawings must be: - shape-size scalable that can be manipulated onto a 3D model with outputs in .psd, .pdf & jpg formats for t-shirt printing - minimum 300 dpi for colour & tone inputs onto fabric prints - clean with no jagged lines & colour spillovers, blurs, blotches etc Milestones: 1. basic outline sketch of the rafts & water line 2. mapping of the sketch onto a flat 2D tshirt stencil (front & back) with fitting (approx placement & sizing etc) 3. each raft to be finished with colour and lining allowing upto 3 iterations 4. re-mapping the rafts with perspective sizing adjustment & waterline allowing 3 revisions 5. finished artwork Im looking for a freelancer with command of graphics for apparel with an appreciation of colour tone palette in tshirt printing who can identify with the brand-to-product connection. The project relates to a brand called ThreeSixTee with the animated sample to give an idea of the design brief
