email template for mailchimp

We own several fitness centers. I need a mailchimp email template setup for our fitness oriented business. I need this to be easily editable for when we have special events, announcements, etc. So maybe this is to design multiple templates that I can rotate between so we don't email the same style over and over. Right now I am running a promotion that I want to get out there. I need this template for this one promotion to be big and bold. I need it to be eye catching. I would like a brief "About Us" section for the email template. With our convenient location addresses someone on the email template as well. Next, I would like to have this one promotion of $5 per month if paid 12 months in advance. We need to articulate this with maybe a big image that says $5 month, then in the fine print we put down when the year is paid up front, which is $60. Also, there is a one time $25.00 signup fee waived if a family of 2 or more signs up at the same time. Thanks
