Hello, I am extremely interested in your project and would like to make my contribution to it's completion. I did a quick research for your needs and for the look you can have anything you like, you are not bound to use a theme we can do a custom design. For the chat there are a lot of plugins which can be used for example "Wp Ajax User Chat", will do the job, but we will have to explore other options. Now only thing that can be an issue is emails, and it might not be because I didn't look that one up in detail. Worst case scenario we can just manually add accepted email extensions and it will work perfectly. I would prefer if we can discuss more details. My skills are more than adequate and I would enjoy working for you. Looking forward to our cooperation.
