Looking for Web Designer (Web UI and Design PSD)

I am looking for a Professional Graphic Designer for Designing UI of Website. Professional and Completely Clean UI Design High quality Creative and Unique design Delivery in Layered PSD Design in a way where at the time of coding it will load fast. I am looking someone for long terms as I have 100 + pages work. As I will choose BID with the minimum. So Bid accordingly PAYMENT: I will create an advance milestone for 1 page. And this will go on with every page complete. I will release the entire milestone only after that particular website work complete. (For example, if a website is having 10 pages than I will keep on creating milestone until 10 pages done and then release whole at the end. REMEMBER no milestone will release in between. And if you will deny for work in between and leave the project in the middle than you have to cancel all milestone and refund me. REMEMBER THIS Please share your work sample with the BID thank you
