Mass photo coloring & cropping without an automation

PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING I need an freelance photoshop expert, who can re-color & crop our ecommerce photos for our site’s Iranian face. Its an mass photo editing job; without any automation or photoshop batch progress.. Our all women/dress photos must be edit one by one; and: a) all skin parts(arms, legs, neck etc) must be grayscale(as like non-human manequin) b) and you must crop it without the face (== no face + no skin color) As i write before; you can not automate this job with PS batch method or something else; because there is no any standart looking or skin/light color in photos. (You can not say “change all skin color to this” for example; because there is no any standart) Plese give your best offers for 1.000 photo (i will buy 1000 by 1000; and there are thousands and thousands of photos in our site archive) Deadline time(1000photo/week for example) and budget ($0.05/photo for example) is also very important for this project.
