I need a blogging website for my client. read the description carefully. my budget is not very high so bid accordingly

Please go through the requirements for the new blog website. 1. Client didn't confirm the domain so as of now don't have to design a logo but after the confirmation of the domain you have to design a logo and it should be according to the articles that means if anyone looks at the logo they can identify about the website. 6. Social media links should be there. 7. Visitors can also post blog on her website but don't make it very complicated. The functionality should be very simple. 8. Try to design the website as simple as possible but want the best quality and it should look very attractive and eye catchy and professional as well. 9. Website should be mobile responsive. Client can blog everyday with adding pictures by herself so need the admin panel for the website. 13. Other Changes can be made according to the client requirements in the future.
