New E-commerce Wordpress Website Dev / Front End - UI High Importance

I'm looking for a developer who can help build a e-commerce website in wordpress. Front end appeal will be most important as the backend will be a simple ecommerce site and handled in wordpress. Whoever I hire, I'm looking for them to really take initiative on this project. I will provide all the framework, but I expect a full finished professional website with everything "filled in" when completed. Also, the developer will also be required to write 1600 word for each page (other than a few exceptions) specific to that page. I will provide keywords, instructions, and enough context/description for the developer to complete this. I will provide all HI Res product and lifestyle images. Developer / Designer will need to create icons and graphics for the website. Inspiration for the site is, [login to view URL] (as they have similar products) and [login to view URL] While something similar is the intention, I don't want the site copied of course. Site with be designed with a very personal feel. I will also have future work (other than this project) for the contractor I hire if they do a good job.
