Optimize a landing page / rebuild

READ CAREFULLY - DO NOT BID WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING FULL SCOPE OF THE PROJECT I have the web files for a landing page that needs some adjustments. The landing page has to be responsive for all mobile devices, re-coded in Google AMP ([login to view URL] - or anything to achieve under a 2 second load time) and integrated with CloudFlare ([login to view URL] - if required), Swarmify ([login to view URL] - a CDN for video that delivers video from YouTube faster then normal services like VIMEO) with a count down timer on the page for the call to action. I believe the site files are already setup for mobile but, they all need to be heavily optimized to meet the load times, the current weight of the site loads 14 seconds, we have to re-code it to load in 12 seconds quicker (on 3G Mobile: [login to view URL]). Will need the server setup and optimized for speed as well. Remember, the main goal here is to have the website load under 3 seconds (2 seconds) and keep the same look/feel/graphics. Thanks.
