8 page Wordpress information site

I have an existing website and I need it copied to WordPress to make it responsive and allow the customer to update it. Your job will be to copy the existing site to WordPress and add 3 new pages with content. The site already exists and therefore there is no design requirement you just need to copy from the existing HTML pages and create a responsive wordpress theme The website is text and images with two image galarys, two feedback forms and a google map for location I do NOT want a project team with projectmanagers - this is a simple text / image based information website. It would suit small team or individual who has proven experience in Wordpress and who can start innediatly. This is a small 8 page website and I not expect bids above $400 also $400 is not the target price I am looking bids BELOW $400 The project will go to some one with experience of Wordpress (more than 100 freelancer jobs) with a 5* rating and ready to start as soon as possible. The URL for the existing site will be made available to serious bidders and a document of the changes required
