HTML, pHp, SQL Based website to do the following: Admin: -Allocate budget for users (% or manual) based on main budget (set by admin) -Edit/Add/Delete purchase reasons -Add/delete users -View spending for every user -View spending by reason -Approve/Decline requests -View total spending/money balance -View Spending by 3rd party User: -If the purchase request within the limit of the USERS allocated budget then the request is automatically approved. -If the purchase exceeds limit, the request is sent for approval/decline. -User can view historical data -Users can purchase -User can select purchase reason (drop down) -User can select checkbox if billed to 3rd party. -Can check approved/declined requests -Can view all requests Request should store : User, reason, amount, 3rd party(yes/no), purchase date
