Retailing Website

I need someone to design a website for me where someone can buy memberships on namely three of them, bronze membership, gold membership and a platinum membership. When people sign up for this, the sign up page must send their details through to me and I then want to evaluate them before they can form part of my online business. After they then signed up I want them to be able to login on the same website, but then the website must pick up they have signed up for that certain membership and then redirect them to a Inventory list where they will then find their stock they are allowed to sell according to their membership. On the page they where redirected to there must be pictures of the product which they can sell. Under the pictures there must be options "view product" or "sell product". In the top right corner of these pages there must be a finance calculator. These pages must online be visible to the members. For example. Bronze-Membership are only allowed to see Lite-Inventory stock, Gold-Membership are allowed to see Premium-Inventory and Lite-Inventory stock, Platinum-Membership are allowed to see Pro-Inventory, Premium-Inventory and Lite-Inventory stock I want a non-members to see the home page, the membership and prices page, about page, contact page. I want a member to see their inventory page according to their membership as well as a licked page to a finance calculator.
