Visitor Management System

My project is simply a guest appointment system for all facilities . A page for signing in and signing up. And a home page the displays: -visitor number. -how many visitors in the queue. -how many visitors that didn't show up. -how many appointment that have been canceled. -some other info(optional). ---------- The guest can do : -create a new guest. -edit on the information that he entered. - make a new reservation(appointment). -put the purpose of the appointment. -view his reservations and gets a notification if the appointment is approved. -cancel a reservation. -no two guests can make a reservation at the same time(the fastest guest that make the appointment will automatically close the slot in the calendar). ---------- The security can do : -create a new guest at the moment if the guest couldn't do it for him\her self . -edit on the information that he entered for the guest. -make an immediate reservation(appointment) for the guest. -view all information of all guests that have an appointment. -when the guest checks at the security, it should appear on the screen of the Secretary(admin) the number of the gate that the guest checked in. -if the guest checks at the gate, an estimated time will time the guest from the gate till he\she parks the car(optional). ---------- The Secretary(admin's guy to do everything for him) : -set number of appointment per day(how many gusts). -set number of hours for the appointments per day(like appointments starts from 9:00 am till 2 pm) -add appointments in holiday if he desires. -can add a new security. -view all information of the guests. -can approve or reject any appointment. -can emergency cancels any appointment or reschedule an appointment. -see's the gate number that the guest checked into. -see's the estimated time for the guest(if the guest took too long to park then the admin have the right to cancel the appointment). --------- And a page for daily reports of the whole day : -how many guests served. -how many guests didnt show up or didnt served. -total number of guests in the whole day. All of the above in the report page will be in a graph. -------- any changes in the project I will contact the programmer directly.
