I currently have a solid developer but I am looking for another one and ones who do not just copy but produce concepts for websites. I require work on screen sharing during my working hours of 12pm and 12am PST for the 1st 3 projects and hire and pay 2 weeks after each project is live on my client’s server. We always develop on my server and then transfer the site to the client’s server. Typically, I pay $30 for theme customization of a premium wordpress theme, logo, sliders, banners and necessary plugin installation and widgets. If you can’t design well then I can get my designer to help you with it and then pay him $5 out of your pay. Hopefully we can get better projects down the road and you can’t take credit on the projects. I work with professionals, so if I don’t like the way it’s going or I don’t see progress or you can’t meet the deadline we agreed to, then I can assign it to someone else, means no pay for you and both of our time wasted. Anyone interested apply fast I need this job filled in an hour.
