develop html5 racing game

we just need a 2D html5 game that it has 6-8 cars (all AI), and it will race itself. The car image can be replaced by us. The cars will only move front & back on a 2D-plane, with the background keep moving at 1 direction to show the cars are moving (it stays stationery before a race starts). During the race each car stays at its own position and will not need to change lane, just moving front & backs (similar to the attached image). Before a race starts there will be timer (time configurable), and once it reaches 3 secs will show the traffic lights with red > amber > green, then the race will starts with animating the background and cars moving front & backs and cross the finish line after 10 secs, and display the race results. The racing will continue for about 10 secs (configurable) and a random winner with full results will be available to us. Also allows us to pre-determine the race results and just display the animation to the users.
