Popup div for bootstrap 2.3

Hi, I have gone through the attached document. You need the modal div that comes with bootstrap. I will use cookies to keep track of user. So it will display after every 3 days, after 6 seconds of loading the page. It will work on all platforms where Bootstrap works. Let me know if you are interested. Thanks.
