Quick 1 PSD to HTML responsive

I need a 1 PSD design converted to HTML, using Bootstrap and jQuery within 3 days. I need html to be coded responsive using Bootstrap, and for javascripting please use jQuery only. Should work fine on all browsers IE9 and up. Header: categories drop-down has 2 states, open / close both illustrated in the PSD. on smaller screens the menu should look and work like on this page [login to view URL] Top featured image: should fill the width of the screen on large screens, on smaller devices the image should remain centered but be tall enough to accommodate the title (the image can go wider than the actual screen but remain centered). Titles (headlines): use MedulaOne-Regular google font, body uses Helvetica in design but please use Open Sans from google fonts. Body: has 3 columns , one main and 2 side bars. On smaller screens please have the sidebars display under the main column. Please make some rollover states for buttons and links in text. The article images should be links too.
