Big modifications on a Prestashop module (for PS EXPERTS ONLY !)

Hello, I have a module from Addons (FO Quantity Prices). I need BIG modifications and improvements on it: - Turn general options into product-specific and combination-specific options. All options of the original module are general, meaning that they apply on all products. What I need is to define all options for each product individually, so they can be different from a product to another, and even from a combination to another. So you will have to modify deeply the system of this module. - You will have to create new menues, some new options, several option managers (option lists and tables) etc. - You will have to create a combination features system (same as product features, but for combinations) - I also need you to make big modification on TPL/CSS files, in order to render all the new options and render the price tables exactly as I need. - Currently, the module design is not responsive. I need it to be fully responsive. - Make an override of PS price calculation system, in order to correct a bug. - Different other small stuff. I need STATE-OF-THE-ART Prestashop programming, by Prestashop SPECIALIST. It is not an easy job ! It must be done clean, using the last Prestashop functions. This module must work with PS 1.5 and PS 1.6. (I run both versions). This module must be 100% multi-language and multishop compatible. I want no class/controller overrides (except to correct the PS bug) ! You should do this with a good HOOK work. The original module almost doesn't use overrides anyway, so you should not have to . You will have to deliver: • Ready-to-install module ZIP file (install in 1 click). • Another zip file with the full /themes/default-bootstrap folder (1 for PS 1.5, 1 for PS 1.6).+ log file of any modifications/addition made on this folder. I want the TPL/CSS/JS overrides installed for this module in the theme and ready to work. My estimation for the time needed to do all this: 20-30 hours for a Prestashop specialist. I am ok for a 25% millestone upfront, but the remaining 75% will be on delivery. I WILL RELEASE THE MILLESTONES WHEN IT IS ALL DONE. I am a very fair employer (see my comments), but I won't accept an unfinished work. I am looking here for a good freelancer that I could re-hire, so do this right and I'll have other jobs quite often.
