Blur->Click->Unblur image code - boostrap, css, html for website

Hello, I am looking for somebody to write me some code. I would like an image to be revealed when clicked/tapped on. At the moment the reveal for the offer looks like this: [login to view URL] However, I would like to have it simpler. The image should be blurred directly on the page and once tapped on, made visible. I have seen there is something like: "img { -webkit-filter: blur(5px); /* Safari 6.0 - 9.0 */ filter: blur(5px);" which wouldn't require loading two images and blurring one manually. This would also save a lot of data. Thank you.
