Create two digital interactive maps to be embedded onto website

Hello, I am looking to create two digital interactive maps, both are of the UK, one split into 14 geographical areas, the other into 7. The user should be able to hover over each area/section to enlarge the ‘data bubble’ associated with that particular area. The information in each box will be specified when the project is awarded. I would like to be able to input the information in the form of HTML code. The map should behave similarly to the map on this page, but with the added benefit of a small amount of zoom, say 50%. [login to view URL] I have a template map with very rough boundaries of the regions that you can work with in order to create your map, however I do not have exact boundaries. The map does need to be exact so as long as the boundaries are relatively consistent with the map provided. The resolution on the map in the website link provided above is sufficient. The interactive map you create should preferably be created using HTML5 and CSS (because it is going to be embedded on a web page), and use a minimal number of additional JavaScript libraries (jQuery is already included in the webpage so you are free to use that), however if you do wish to use other technologies/languages please contact me before doing so. The winning freelancer should be able to create a professional and sharp looking result that would appear clearly on multiple device formats.
